+: Beautiful pool area, perfect for us as we were a family of 13 and we could use loungers or tables and chairs and all be close together. The hotel is small, which we liked. The location in the old town was lovely, some tasty restaurants nearby. The food at the hotel was amazing! Between us all, we had a lot of different dishes and we all enjoyed every one of them, particularly the mousaka and the ceasar salad.. The chef makes this hotel! Also, the male bar staff member was lovely and made amazing iced caramel coffees.
-: The rooms need updating. We had several issues with our room such as the shower head kept falling off, the lockhandle on bathroom door was broken, handle on wardrobe kept falling off, shower curtain was awful and kept clogging the drain. For a self-catering holiday, we found it difficult to cook in (usually we make breakfast and sandwiches for lunch) the rooms as there wasn't any worktop space, you needed a chair to reach the cupboard with crockery in and there wasn't anything to help clean e.g no tea towel, sponge, washing up liquid. Additionally there wasn't any hand-wash or toiletries (in the past we've stayed in places where you get shower gels ect.) Finally the hair drying is useless, over heats after 20 seconds.
