-: The shower had a glass screen into the bedroom, not great for family sharing. Lots of wasps around at breakfast. Bed quite firm.. too firm for me.

+: Super sauberes Zimmer, sehr hochwertiges Badezimmer. Unfassbar freundliches, zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal.Tolles Frühstück.Die Lage des Hotels war perfekt.
-: Unser Zweibett-Zimmer war sehr klein, leider hatten wir ein Zimmer auch ohne Balkon. Leider gab es nur für einen Koffer eine Ablage.Die Zwei Fenster waren sehr hoch und sehr klein.

+: Breakfast location and ambience. Master Suite size just OK. Real orange juice at breakfast. Eggsbacon at breakfast. Location close to centre of Old Town, restaurants, airport and sea. Friendly staff. Close to airport.
-: Semi open bathroom configuration was not ideal - it needs a sliding door. If the lights were on in the bathroom then the lights also lit the sleeping area annoyingly. Bathroom needs more shelves for cosmetics etc. Had a few gremlins during our stay: the 2 tv remotes needed new batteries....the room safe had to be replaced as it kept giving error codes and eventually permanently locked itself.....and on first night water gushed out of the small basin in the separate WC - I temporarily had to tighten some of the fixings. The Jazz evening was disappointing as it was not outside in the garden

+: We liked the attention to detail with the room, it's cleanliness and the quality of the bed linen and towels. We love the breakfast area and of course the hot breakfast was delicious.All the staff were extremely helpful and gracious.
