Tours and prices for holidays at the hotel Belmare 3* 2024-2025 Greece, Rhodes Island

-: Jag och mitt mamma hade stora förhoppningar när vi bokade vår vistelse på Hotell Belmare, ett hotell som påstås hålla 4-stjärnig standard. Tyvärr levde det inte alls upp till förväntningarna och jag skulle inte rekommendera detta hotell till någon.Visst, utsikten över havet var vacker och vi uppskattade vårt rum som hade en jacuzzi på terrassen, men där slutade också de positiva intrycken. Städningen var under all kritik. Golvet i rummet var så smutsigt att våra fötter blev helt svarta efter att vi gått barfota ett par steg, särskilt tydligt efter att vi duschat. Det är oacceptabelt för ett hotell av denna standard.Sängen var dessutom obekväm och vi hade svårt att sova, inte bara på grund av sängens kvalitet, utan också på grund av ett irriterande ljud från toaletten som uppstod var tionde minut. Trots att vi rapporterade detta till receptionen och fick löftet att en hantverkare skulle titta på problemet, åtgärdades det aldrig under vår vistelse.Frukosten, som skulle vara inkluderad i vår bokning, var en total besvikelse. Vi försökte äta två gånger under olika dagar men fick ge upp båda gångerna. Maten var ofräsch, frukterna gamla och bestick och tallrikar var smutsiga. Kaffet var så illa att det smakade salt – helt odrickbart.Sammanfattningsvis var vår vistelse på Hotell Belmare långt ifrån den upplevelse vi hade förväntat oss, och vi är djupt besvikna. Hotellet må ha en fin utsikt, men det räcker inte för att kompensera för den dåliga servicen och bristande standarden.

+: Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο κ εξυπηρετικό!!!Το δωμάτιο με την πισίνα ήταν υπέροχο!!!Και οι παροχες του all inclusive ήταν ικανοποιητικες!!!

+: Die Matratze war hart. Wir hatten einen eigenen kleinen Kühlschrank. Das Personal war nett.

-: Wir hatten Armeisen im Badezimmer und keiner hat sich darum gekümmert. Die Tür von der Duschkabine konnte man nicht schließen. Handtücher haben wir auf den Boden gelegt, damit sie gewechselt werden. Handtücher wurden nicht gewechselt. Erst auf Wunsch. Essen war nicht ansprechend. Getränkeautomaten waren nicht sauber. In regelmäßigen Abständen hat es gestunken (nach Gülle). Obwohl keine Kühe etc. in der Nähe waren. Geschirr in der Küche wird mit der Hand gespült und ist teilweise nicht sauber.

-: Numuru foto neatbilst realitātei, kā teica recepcijā- foto ir no plānotās renovācijas, kura vēl pat nav uzsākta- uzfotošopēti vienvārdsakot. Numuri veci, netīri. Sauļošanās krēsli salauzti, divas reizes teicām lai salabo, tā arī neviens nesalaboja.

+: Solo la piscina in camera e i dolci

-: Il cibo era pessimo, la pasta era scotta. Il letto era scomodo, l’acqua per i primi due giorni era assente.

+: Overall a lovely stay!! Staff are super friendly and kind, especially Anna-Maria and the daytime pool bartender (sadly didn’t catch her name), both made our stay even more special! There was a slight mix up with rooms upon arrival but was sorted out right away with no issues. Our pool room was so perfect, clean, and the best way to spend a relaxing holiday (although the bed was quite hard). We

-: We went all inclusive which is worth it for the drinks, however, the only downside was the food. We didn’t eat at the buffet offered, but did go to the rooftop terrace for a meal, which was made to seem “exclusive” as they only offer three tables per night. The menu was not explained, we found out after that it was trying to be a tapassharing ordeal. The food that was ordered seemed to be the exact same food from the buffet (but colder), no extra plates were offered to dish the food from, tiny portions and overall a very poor quality of food, which is a pity considering the atmosphere and overall aesthetic of the rooftop terrace is incredible. There are some lovely restaurants just across the road and down onto the beach which I recommend over the food at the Belmare.

-: Buffet scarso e che sbaraccano prima del previsto, camera con letto vecchio da cui si sentono le molle, personale scorbutico e poco presente, rumori di notte per ventole e condizionatori esterni, insomma struttura discreta

+: The staff was delightful. Vassilya at reception went far beyond herself to help me with whatever.needed. Georgius at the Pool Bar was fun and good animator..

-: The lack of water pressure in my bathroom. At certain times, no water was available at all. In the morning, I couldn't even brush my teeth or flush the toilet.The all-inclusive didn't include drinking water. One was supposed to go buy oneself water from the shop.... Apart from the salads, food was appalling.The so cold beer was non-alcoholic, the wine was undrinkable... only the tea was proper tea, so I ended up drinking it all times. Tea was the O lying thing that was what it said it is
