+: Excellent location in terms of its proximity to the beach and town.

-: Initial room we were given was very small and would have been uncomfortable had we stayed in that room for the week, thankfully we were moved to a more spacious room on the second night.

+: Hotel ma juz za soba najlepsze swoje lata I potrzebuje modernizacji. Nie mozna miec uwag do obslugi: super mile panie sprzatajace, recepcja I kelnerzy. Okolica hotelu pozostawia wiele do zyczenia. Zarzad hotelu moglby postarac sie choc o uprzatniecie smieci wokol terenu. Po raz pierwszy sprobowalismy all inclusive I... rozczarowalismy sie. Jedzenie urozmaicone, ale bez fajerwerkow. Po 3 dniach zaczelismy korzystac z pobliskiej restauracji. Tylko jaki sens placic za all inclusive? Wino I piwo sorry, nie nadawalo sie za bardzo. Z przyjemnoscia (znowu) wypilam wino poza obiektem. Generalnie cena all inclusive zbyt wygorowana w porownaniu do jakosci. A! I lezaki pod parasolami na plazy, 25 euro za dobei brak WiFi... a mini sejf za dodatkowe 8 euro.... poza tym ok.

+: Poloha hotelu je skutečně skvělá. Zázemí pro rodiny je také výborné, dětský bazén hned vedle koutku, plus zahrada s dalšími aktivitami. Výborné jídlo, vždycky jsme si vybrali a bylo to velice chutné. V zahradě se krásně relaxuje, pláž pozvolná, krásně čistá. Paráda. Personál milý a vstřícný.

-: Na hotelu už je trošku vidět, že nějaký rok má za sebou, nicméně byl čistý a fajn. Opravdu hloupě působí ta placená lehátka u pláže, u 5hvězdičkového hotelu je měli radši zahrnout do ceny. My jsme je tedy nepotřebovali, s malými dětmi nelze polehávat, ale věřím, že to spoustu lidí otráví. U hotelu, kam jezdí hodně rodin, by byl také fajn animační program na večer pro děti. Saxofon a tak jsou super, ale pro děti na půl hoďky nějakého animátora, co si s nimi zatančí, by se hodilo. Ještě je škoda, že součástí hotelu je "malý amfiteátr" s posezením v zahradě, škoda, že se na ty hudební večery nevyužívá a jen tam leží ladem.

-: I have never written any such detailed commentary before on any reservations, but since this resort was proudly quoting their 5* rating personally to us, here are my observations:- our room has been booked with having a sea view, but its view was actually partial- our room has been booked with having a bath tub, but there was a small shower only- the breakfast was not fine at all, but was fully average- the staff was not kind at all, but was rather rude, even multiple times- the pool was closing too early- sea water was flowing from the tap- there was no drinking water in the hotel room, but 1 bottle of water was given for the 1st day only, the other ones were offered for extra charges- the shower cabin did not function well- the drain was blocked- the towel rack was broken- the air conditioner was continuously blowing smelly air- the wifi was not working as expected- the beachfront was average, was not nice at all- the reception has complained that the cleaners could not enter into our room for multiple days due to having the “do not disturb” sign placed and we did not inform them about its situation in advance, i.e. we do not need to have cleaning, new towels, etc… :D- the safe box is available for extra charge onlyConsidering these above points this was our worst 5* hotel for sure.
