+: What more could you get in one hotel, other than location, hygiene, nice food, access to transport? People who work there of course, and beside acing all common expectations in facilities and services, people working in Ilisia hotel are its true gold. From the very entrance you're greeted with professional crew at the reception desk, which with smile has right answer even before you ask question. Silent and efficient kitchen staff serving delicious food. Very polite cleaning lady not annoyed by fact that she should come later to clean our room, but she even sorted kid toys in funny and amusing way :) And if you're in for some cocktail, bar lady Eugenia will provide you not only the perfect drink, but also great atmosphere and quality talk (in English or Greek ;) ). Located between big hotel names such as Hilton and Crown Plaza, Ilisia is a true gem and I hope we'll have opportunity to stay there again.

+: Πολύ καλή ήσυχη τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο. Το προσωπικό φιλικό και ευγενέστατο!

-: Oλά καλά με εξαίρεση την φασαρία που έκαναν κάποιοι πηγαίνοντας νωρίς για πρωινό Σίγουρα δεν φταίει το προσωπικό γι αυτό...

+: staff were, without exception, really friendly and wanting to help. there was a problem with my online booking and they wrote to inform me that they would keep the booking and room despite the confirmation not working. my 'special request' was also met.

+: The location is perfect, near metro station.

+: Vicino alla stazione della metropolitana Megaro Mousikis, l'area nei dintorni dell'hotel è molto piacevole e tranquilla. Hotel pulito e relativamente moderno, con balconcino dal quale non si gode un particolare panorama ma comunque gradevole per stare in relax. Molto comodo anche se si è in macchina dato che l'hotel ha un piccolo parcheggio dove abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina gratuitamente. Ritornerò sicuramente.

-: Il bagno ha la vasca, almeno nella stanza che ci è stata assegnata al sesto piano. Si notano alcuni segni del tempo ma comunque rimane un'ottima struttura.
