+: die Aussicht

+: Es war ein Traum! Angefangen dass wir abgeholt worden sind da man mit dem Auto nicht hinkommt, bis zu den Infos die uns gegeben wurden (gute Restaurants ect.), Bis hin zur traumhaften Aussicht und ruhigen Lage. Das Frühstück wurde uns jeden Morgen gebracht mit verschiedenen Leckereien. Der Whirlpool aussen ist leider nicht beheizt, dafür aber der Pool innen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wunderschön eingerichtet, es hat an nichts gefehlt! (Kaffeemaschine, Besteck, Teller, Föhn...). Ich würde diese Villa definitiv wieder buchen. Alles in einem was es einfach perfekt. Ca. 10-15 Minuten Laufweg nach Fira und es gibt eine Busverbindung nach Oia. Man ist mittendrin. Und die Villa hat zwei Etagen, unten ist das Zimmer und eine Terrasse (perfekt zum frühstücken) - oben zwei Sonnenliegen mit dem Außenwhirlpool.

-: Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass der Außenwhirlpool beheizt wäre - alles andere war wunderbar!

+: We visited Santorini as part of our 3-week holiday in Greece and after much deliberation, we decided to stay here as we wanted to be in Imerovigli and away from the crowd. The area is quite and lovely, overlooking the best views one could ask for. Unfortunately, the view from the main balcony is the only redeeming quality of this place. It has possibly one of the best sunset views with privacy that would be pretty unusual in Santorini (the only overlooking neighbours was a couple who stayed at the property on our left) as well as shelter from the blinding sun or rain.

-: Our WIFI didn't work in the room on the first day and was only resolved by the host via an extended router on the second day. The outdoor "hot tub" was filthy and icy cold, so I guess it has always been broken as suggested by previous reviewers. I was happy to give it the benefit of the doubt (big mistake!). Upon entering the property, the room strongly smelled of chlorine, which was used for the indoor hot tub. It was filthy at the bottom and could certainly use a bit of maintenance. Parts of the shower were moldy (with flies around) and the running water was salty. I believe this would be the case for accommodations in Santorini as they use desalinated water for tap and shower. That said, we did not receive daily bottled water, so we had to get our own at the nearby supermarket. Most of the furniture, both indoor and outdoor, as well as mattress and pillows felt beaten and overused. Of all, the most disappointing bit was our breakfast. Every morning at 8am, someone delivers a crate to us containing 5 hard boiled eggs, pastries and few small bottled snacks with no fresh coffee, or even cooked breakfast. The guy who sent it to us daily was really lovely though. Whilst Santorini was memorable for us, our stay here was a letdown that we couldn't wait to leave and move on to our next destination in Greece. It was also the most expensive accommodation we paid for, compared to others five-star properties we stayed in Chania, Rethymno and Athens.

+: L'emplacement est exceptionnel, avec vue superbe sur la caldeira. Au calme. Logement peu commun avec chambre cave. Bain à remous intérieur sympa. Nespresso et vaisselle disponible. Bouteille et gressins de bienvenue.

-: L'accueil est sommaire, fait par un porteur de valises qui ne parle pas anglais et ne peut donner aucune information sur le logement et le matériel à disposition et son fonctionnement. Le logement est moyennement propre, le service de ménage n'a pas été fait le 2ème jour. Nous avions demandé la livraison du petit déjeuner avec 12 d'avance pour notre départ... mais pas de livraison... et pas d'excuses du service de conciergerie. Le panneau de commande du spa extérieur ne fonctionnant pas, nous n'avons pas pu le faire chauffer et l'utiliser.

+: Exceptional location, beautiful scenery, amazing sunset views, quality accommodation, quiet and peaceful, fairly private, comfy bed, unique cave room, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi, it felt luxurious yet was very affordable. We would highly recommend:)

-: Minor negatives - Outdoor hot tub jets not working properly, indoor shower room had mouldy ceiling in places. Breakfast ok but would have preferred plain pastries with ham and cheese
