-: Abbiamo riscontrato io e mio marito che nonostante il buffet all inclusive fosse molto ricco purtroppo però non c’era possibilità di variare con il pesce nonostante fossimo in un isola sul mare ci aspettavamo di trovare più varietà di pietanze di pesce c’era molta carne verdure e formaggi, poi la struttura è davvero grande con tante camere quindi capisco la difficoltà nel doverle pulire tutte in tempi brevi ma la pulizia delle camere non mi ha soddisfatto

-: Mon conjoint est cœliaque ( sans gluten) nous l’avons dit lors de la réservation puis à notre arrivée nous avons rempli un formulaire pour l’indiquer sauf que personne n’avait l’information dans l’établissement. Le responsable de la restauration nous a dit lisez les panneaux des plats et vous saurez. Heureusement le chef est venu et nous a montré ce qu’il pouvait manger (c’etait différent des panneaux). Cet hôtel ne mérite pas ses étoiles en terme de restauration. Le restaurant réservé ne nous a même pas proposé la carte des boissons

+: Struttura grande, ben attrezzata e immersa nel verde con due spiagge (una pubblica e l’altra privata) entrambe sabbiose ed adatte ai bambini. Staff gentile e cordiale. Buon assortimento e qualità del cibo e delle bevande. Spostamenti in struttura garantiti mediante un servizio di mini-car ben organizzato. Mare fantastico e sempre calmo e cristallino. A pressappoco mezz’ora di distanza, in auto, da Heraklion e dal palazzo di Cnosso.
-: L’animazione è per lo più strutturata per accontentare la clientela di nazionalità francese (alcuni spettacoli erano unicamente in quella lingua). Vi era, ad esempio, un Deejay anch’esso di origini francesi che prediligeva musica transalpina nonostante la maggior parte della clientela non partecipasse con entusiasmo a quelle canzoni (in alcune circostanze, quel ragazzo preferiva aver la salabar completamente vuota pur di non accontentare le richieste espressamente fattegli). In generale, insomma, l’intero staff animazione (tutti francesi) era selettivo, poco coinvolgente ed a tratti presuntuoso. Assolutamente da rivedere.
