+: Siamo stati 3 notti nel posto più bello in cui abbiamo alloggiato nella nostra vita. Una vista da togliere il fiato, direttamente verso la vecchia città di Chania. Vasilis è sempre stato disponibile a darci una mano e a consigliarci sia per ristoranti che per spiagge meno battute dal turismo di massa.

-: Purtroppo il parcheggio di Talos, vicino alla struttura, tra luglio e agosto è sempre molto affollato e ci abbiamo messo sempre un po' prima di poter tornare in stanza. La colazione è ottima, ma forse andrebbe aggiunto qualcosa in più.

+: L’emplacement est top pour la balade à côté du port, du vieux village ect…le personnel est réactif et force de proposition. Très bien pour une nuit !.

-: La chambre est trop petite à peine tu trouves où poser ta valise…

+: Capitain Vasilis è un posto fantastico. Dalla location dove apri la finestra e vedi un dipinto a ogni ora di colori diversi, alla struttura stessa dell'hotel, sicuramente un hotel tradizionale e non moderno, dove però tutto è curato nei minimi particolari. L'attenzione di Vasilis verso gli ospiti e l'attenzione che mette in ogni cosa che fa è impagabile. La cortesia e la gentilezza con cui siamo state trattate come se fossimo membri di famiglia. Davvero un posto magico. Grazie di tutto!Capitain Vasilis is an amazing place. From the location where you open the window and see a painting of different colors every hour, to the structure of the hotel itself, certainly a traditional and not modern hotel, where however everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. Vasilis' attention to guests and the attention he puts into everything he does is priceless. The courtesy and kindness with which we were treated as if we were family members. Truly a magical place. Thanks for everything!

+: Great view over the old port and private balcony to enjoy sunrise and chill evenings.Vasilis was really nice and available. He helped us with our luggage, provided us with recommendations for the beach, and also he arranged an early breakfast for us when we had to leave for taking our flight back home.Very nice breakfast as well.I would definitely recommend this hotel!

-: The hotel is right in the old town city centre which means cars are not allowed inside. There is a public car park just at 4 minutes' walk from the hotel, but it can be busy, especially during evenings. There is no lift to get to the room on the second floor, so we had to carry our luggage upstairs, but vasilis was really kind and helped us. Mild noise from outside during the night as we were right in the city centre but absolutely manageable with windows closed and AC on.
