+: Propreté impeccable, confort, espace ,emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans la vieille ville et profiter du port .

+: La propreté impeccable, le grand confort du lit, l’espace, l’agencement des pièces, la cuisine fermée, le balcon,l’emplacement, la décoration et la sécurisation de l’entrée dans le logement.

+: Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Tägliche Reinigung, Bettenservice, Handtuchwechsel incl. Strandtücher, Geschirrreinigung und Müllentsorgung waren wir in einer Wohnung nicht gewöhnt, also perfekter Service. Die Lage ist absolut super. Eine nette Frühstücksgelegenheit gibt es schräg gegenüber. Man wohnt am Rande der wunderschönen Altstadt. Kleiner schöner Balkon. Mitte April war es morgens und abends etwas frisch um darauf zu sitzen.

-: Wir haben in der Wohnung nicht gekocht, da es traumhafte Plätze zum Essen gibt . Wenn man kochen wollte, müsste wohl etwas mehr Inventar vorhanden sein, damit das Spass macht. Biergläser fehlen. Das sind aber Kleinigkeiten. (Nur zur Info falls jemand kochen wollte). Wir reisten mit dem Mietwagen an und parkten an der Old Factory am Hafen, da der Parkplatz am Hafen belegt war. An der Old Factory fanden wir in der Woche auch meistens einen Parkplatz. Bei der Abreise nutzten wir einen Entladeparkplatz direkt am Beginn der Fussgängerzone. Ein weiterer Hinweis - die Wohnung ist über zwei schmale Treppen erreichbar. Besser mit leichten Gepäck anreisen. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurde im Nachbarhaus renoviert. Uns hat es nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Arbeiten begannen meist morgens, wenn wir das Haus verließen.

+: The location is superb. You are right on one of the quaint streets - one street away from the harbor. It was quiet yet very close to lots of activity. The staff are helpful and friendly. We were able to check in early which was helpful for us. The room is clean and nice. The little balcony was a bonus. We ate our breakfast pastries there. There is parking right down the street. We were able to find parking there easily, but I can see it might be a challenge in the summer. Chania is a beautiful little town that is very enjoyable.

-: If you're staying here soon, we had difficulty finding the property because the property next door is under renovation and the sign for Casa Kallergi is covered with their construction cloth. That's the only negative I can think of!

+: Excellent location within the walls of the old city, but not too busy or noisy. The apartment was well fitted out with quality fittings and a very comfortable stay.We would be happy to stay here again if we return to Chania

-: Parking close by wasn't always easy, but not surprising as we had to park outside the old city. Nothing that the accommodation can do about that

+: Πολύ όμορφο δωμάτιο, με χαρακτήρα κι εξαιρετική διακόσμηση. Πολύ καλές παροχές κι ανέσεις. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη. Η φιλοξενία ήταν εκπληκτική.

+: Super zentrale Lage, 100 m bis zum Parkplatz mitten in der Altstadt,es gab ein Upgrade

-: Neben an, gab es eine Baustelle, die manchmal etwas laut war. Da wir tagsüber meistens unterwegs waren, hat es nicht so sehr gestört.Das Zimmer war im zweiten Stock, mit einem Aufzug wäre der Transport der Koffer leichter gewesen.

+: Zimmer waren sehr schön gestaltet, restauriert, ich mag diese klassische Einrichtung. Lage ist top, mitten in der Stadt. Da wir Ende Oktober waren, war die Straße morgens und abends Menschenleer also sehr ruhig. Am Balkon ist Platz für 2 Personen inkl Bistrotischchen. von da aus kann man das treiben auf der straße beobachten. Kaffee Maschine vorhanden.

-: Habe leider beim Buchen übersehen, dass es keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit gibt. Lediglich die Kaffeemaschine. Es gibt auch keine Möglichkeit sich was zuzubereiten. Das muss man halt wissen. Etwas knapp für 2 Personen aber für 1-2 Nächte voll ok
