-: For such an expensive hotel, the hairdryer could be more high end. The one they had took forever to dry my hair and it sucked in some strands on the back. This is the only thing I feel could be significantly improved upon.

+: Beautiful property with lovely views out to Chania waterfront. 2 minutes walk to all the cafes and shops of old town. Spacious comfortable room with great aircon, and an incredible huge breakfast served in the dining area each day. Lovely staff who were so helpful. Fantastic spot to enjoy Chania and also to use as a base to do day trips to the incredible western beaches like Balos.

+: The rooms and hotel in general were absolutely beautiful! The hotel furniture is incredible and the lobby has a balcony that overlooks the beautiful harbour. It had a very romantic atmosphere. Breakfast was also amazing with heaps of food brought to you as you relax at the table. The staff were also very friendly and our room was very spacious.
-: We rented a car and while parking in Talos square is nearby and free, it is a little difficult to get a park sometimes.
