-: Primer día, la habitación no tenía sitio para dos personas en la terraza, nos dieron otra q lo tuviera y respondiera a la reserva realizada, pero a la mañana siguiente nos echaron de esta habitación. Luego nos ofrecieron otra superior con un suplemento económico, se suponía la mejor habitación del hotel, pero A las 7:30 de la mañana nos despertaba un depósito de agua q había dentro de la habitación !!! El día que teníamos excursión reservada y teníamos q salir del hotel a las 9:00, pedimos el desayuno para las 8:30 y tras llevárselo a otras tres habitaciones a esa hora, a nuestra habitación llegó a las 8:50. Prácticamente no pudimos desayunar. Después de todas esas molestias el último día no nos dejan una habitación para poder estar más tiempo ya que el avión nos salía muy tarde y no teníamos donde pasar la tarde.

+: Staff met us at the top of the hill and assisted with carrying luggage, very impressive as it is located down many stairs! Amazing views from the room and a comfy bed for a restful nights sleep! Location was next level as there wasn’t the crazy busy Santorini vibes, much more chill and secluded!

+: The view at the Cocoon Suites is just the BEST. Waking up and having that Caldera high point view is unmatching. Also the sunset and the evening. The view, the view, the view. Also, the staff is amazing and they keep treating you with little nice surprises.
-: I stayed here before and they always get the best room to your expectations. This time my pling pool was not so on top of the Caldera, could have been better.
