+: Pool vorhanden geräumiges Zimmer

-: Auf frühzeitige Anfrage nach höhergelegenem Zimmer mit Balkon, erhielten wir keine Antwort dafür aber das am schlechtesten gelegene Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, mit Terasse an der Treppe zum Pool mit Dauermusikbeschallung, traffic zum Pool und Restaurantgeruch. Stornierung wurde verweigert Hotel, Gäste sowie Personal wirkten rein britisch

-: Le propriétaire à la réception est horrible, très désagréable, arrogant, parle très mal et est très agressif! Ce fut une très mauvaise expérience!!! La musique au niveau de la piscine, que l'on entend depuis l'appartement, est en continu depuis 8h50 le matin! Jusqu'à tard la nuit! La douche était bouchée! L'eau ne s'évacuait pas. A fuir! à éviter! Une très mauvaise expérience au "Coliseum Studios & Apartments" !!!

-: The overall experience was very poor at this hotel.From the point of checking in there was very rude and arrogant approach from a particular member of staff.We arrived a little early to check in and we were given directions to the bar as the point for reception. Once we took our belongings to the bar area for checking in, we were informed that our room would be ready in 10-15 minutes which seemed reasonable. We had to wait a total of 45 minutes before being provided keys to our room, had we have known from the beginning we would have likely used this time instead to grab something to drink or had some lunch.Although I would like to say this was as unfortunate as it gets at this hotel, this was not the end all. The man at reception, potentially the owner was extremely rude. He consistently spoke in an unnecessary loud and authoritarian tone to us and others around him including the staff and other guests. He demanded to see our “voucher” and when asked to elaborate and clarify he asked “do you know what a voucher is?!” His tone, attitude and rude manners were not down to his lack of being able to articulate himself in English as he had a fluent American accent. As it turned out he was requesting to see our email reservationBooking detail. He continued to request information and instructed us of what to do in an almost military fashion during our 45 minute wait.In addition, he stated that in order to use the air conditioner within the hotel room we would have to pay an additional €15 per night. Not only is air conditioners listed as a available facility over the Booking.com system, it is laughably overpriced given the price point of the hotel itself. We were more than pleased when gor handed our room keys and able to make our way away from this arrogant and uncomfortable atmosphere.The rooms itself were not too bad, quite outdated decor but fairly okay (except for the €15 a night air conditioner).

-: Proprietari menefreghisti.. tanto che ho pagato l aria condizionata 15€ al giorno e dopo 2 giorni nn funzionava non mi voleva ridare i soldi..per accendere la luce ti danno una chiavetta attaccata alla chiave principale quindi o chiudi la porta o accendi la luce haha..cucina manca tutto fuochi a corrente e non ci sono le pentole carta igienica non presente o 1€ a rotolo..acqua piccola e the in lattina. 5€ lasciate perdere è solo scena fotografica questo diciamo hotel...ah l'idromassaggio non funziona
