+: We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff made sure we had everything we needed and even made calls for us to reserve a place and find out details. We mentioned that one of the visitors is blind and recieved the accessible room. Everyone was super friendly and helpful.The hotel was clean and well-kept, and the breakfast was both generous and delicious. The pool was fantastic! . Overall, a fantastic experience!
-: the hotel is a but far from the center, but it's very easy to get a taxi and get wherever you need to.

+: Great location for our purpose of overnight from airport before going to ferry next day. Staff were brilliant in all parts of operation. Room size was good but a little crammed with sofa and chairs for 2 people. Corridor a little noisy but to be expected. Food menu really varied and tasty. Will return next year for same purpose.
-: That reception would not book us an early morning taxi to the port. They told me by email to go to reception 2 hours between needed it. Since our departure was 7.45 AM that was idiotic. I had to arrange myself from UK prior to arrival.
