+: Neues Apartment,neue Elektrogeräte in der Küche
-: Leider nicht ganz ausgestattet, keine Handtuch halter im Badezimmer, nicht angeschlossene Waschmaschine, in der Küche fehlt es an Zubehör. Dusche ohne Tür erstmal schön aber sehr unpraktisch nach dem Duschen steht das Wasser und alles drumherum unter Wasser.

+: Brand new flat with kitchenette inc induction cooker, oven, surprisingly espresso and filter coffee machines, kettle, toast machines etc. ( Rarely available in Benitses ) Good location - nearby Benitses beach walking distance 200m, nice restaurants ( Varvara’s recommended) and supermarkets. Good service by guest relations - Irina She is always responsive ;)

Τα βασικά όχι υπερβολές.Δεν υπήρχαν κρεμαστρες για πετσέτες μπάνιου, λέει ψέματα ο ιδιοκτήτης για σουίτες ενώ ούτε κατά διάνοια.Υπάρχουν κενά πολλά στις υπηρεσίες του όπως και η συμπεριφορά του ίδιου. Του αφήναμε χρήματα στο σουπερμάρκετ στα δωμάτια και δεν μας άφηνε να παρκάρουμε για να ψωνίζουμε εμείς οι πελάτες του. Πελάτες και στο ξενοδοχείο και στο σουπερμάρκετ. Ανύπαρκτο service και υπερτιμημένο λόγω παροχών και περιοχής.Δεν υπήρχε κανείς να απευθυνθούμεΛέει ψέματα για ιδιωτική παραλία ενώ είναι δημόσια.Λέει για πισίνα ενώ είναι αλλού ξενοδοχείου και ήταν βρώμικη.Σοβαρό πολύ σοβαρό η πίνακες της ΔΕΗ να εκτίθενται με κίνδυνο ηλεκτροπληξίας έχω φωτογραφίες

-: The pictures are fake. The rooms are not luxury as in the photos. Very rude front-lady and owner of the property. The nearest beach is with stones, but the water is very clear. The rooms are not cleared regularly, it is the first place we had to buy toilet paper.
