-: Extrem schlechtes und lautes Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Hotels, niemand holte uns ab (sie sagten, wir sollen ein Taxi nehmen), der Koffer wurde nicht hereingetragen. Wir fanden die Mini-Bar nicht, weil sie im Kasten war...

+: Our flight was cancelled and this was the only hotel nearby available. cannot fault the staff, they were friendly, helpful & considerate of our predicament. Our flight the following night was also delayed and we had to call the hotel directly and they found a room for us. The breakfast was also exceptional and plane watching from the beach fun!
-: The hotel itself was a little dated and it is right at the end of the run way, it is very much a complex which is not what we are into but if you like large hotel complexes where you never need to leave, this is a good option.

-: Hôtel défraîchi . Pas le niveau d’un palace 5 * plutôt un 3*Tout proche de l’aéroport et non insonorisé - constamment dérangé par les envols - petit déjeuner convenable mais pas exceptionnel. Odeur d’humidité au niveau du -1.

+: Frühstück ok, Abgestellte im Servicebereich sehr freundlich.
-: Arroganz der Abgestellten an der Reception und sogenannten Urlaubsbetreuung unterirdisch und arrogant. Meine angemeldeten Wünsche, ca 1 Woche vor Ankunft wurden desinteressiert abgewinkt. Der Fluglärm ist unerträglich , die immer erwähnte 2-fach Verglasung lächerlich. Die Klimaanlage stand ständig unter Wasser, das Parjett darunter hat sich bereits gewellt, im Badezimmer ist das Wasser neben den integrierten Spots einfach runtergetropft🙈Für Schweizer und Deutsche ist das Hotel max 3-4 Sterne wert. Die Bewertung von Booking.com nicht nachvollziehbar.
