+: The rooms are spacious with a small kitchen and a nice little balcony. The accommodation also has a very nice swimming pool, including sun beds and parasols and is within walking distance of a very nice beach and the center of Acharavi.

-: During our stay in the room, we occasionally noticed a weird smell. Halfway through our stay we found out that the cause of this smell was a big rotting spot of milk on the floor, that must have been there since we checked in to the room. This tells us that the room had not been properly cleaned before we got there. Since our room was not cleaned by housekeeping during our entire stay of 3 nights (possibly due to Covid measurements, we are not sure why this was because we didn't bother to ask and it was not communicated to us how the cleaning would work), the spot was there during our entire stay. Besides this issue, the bathroom appliances were quite out dated. The bathroom window that looks right into the shower, and is only covered by a very shear curtain, even though it is right across from the balconies of the neighboring guests. To us, it seems like this hotel has not been maintained well over the past few years. The rooms are spacious, but a little out dated and hygiene wise, does not feel like it's guaranteed. We still did enjoy our stay, as we were not in our room much anyway and the location and pool facilities were good. Mostly, I would not rate this a 3 star hotel and feel like we did overpay for what we ended up getting.

+: la posizione abbastanza strategica per visitare

-: la pulizia della struttura e delle camere, veramente sporche, sotto i letti abbiamo trovato di tutto addirittura pezzi di vetro. anche le parti in comune molto sporche, potrebbe essere una bellissima struttura peccato la pulizia!!!! la piscina bella e grande, ma sporca e molte vespeapi
