+: I'm so shocked and sad. Even though we bought 2 rooms and paid for 2 rooms, they did not want to give us a room. They claimed we made the wrong purchase because they had sold all the rooms. As a solution, two families settled us in a 2-bedroom apartment. They said if you don't want it, cancel it. When I said I would call booking, they didn't care.
-: We had to accept it. Otherwise, we would be left in the middle and our taste would be terrible. Even though dinner was included, even water was chargeable.
