+: La vista impagabile davanti al mare e la musichetta nell’ascensore
-: Manutenzione della camera con miscelatore della doccia difettoso, pressione acqua molto bassa, tubo del lavandino con perdita. Colazione non accettabile e l’abbiamo fatta nel bar vicino tutti i giorni. La signora alla reception per scusarsi de disagio colazione ha detto ci avrebbe fatto avere bottiglia di vino, mai consegnata!

-: Camera un po’ sporca, doccia con soffione rotto e doccino intasato dal calcare, colazione non ci siamo l’abbiamo sempre fatta fuori nonostante fosse inclusa. Ci avevano promesso una bottiglia visto che non avevano mai fatto colazione, ma non è mai arrivata. La luce del comodino non funzionava.

+: Jolie chambre grande, lit confortable, avec balcon sur magnifique vue mer et montagnes. Belle salle de bain. Àccueil sympathique. Buffet petit déjeuner correct.Paradis du snorkeling juste en bas. Un aquarium dans un dédale de rocher. Superbe ! Apportez masque et palme. Plage à l'abri relatif du vent.

+: The room is big enough and refurbished. The double bed is very big and very comfortable. There is a closet and a mini refrigerator. Television and air conditioning. Strong shower and warm water. The view is exceptional from the balcony and the area is quiet. The location is very convenient, very close to restaurants, super markets, pedestrian area. Easy parking in front of the hotel. Very close to Souda beach, (one of the most beautiful beaches in the area, if it's not windy!) The owner, Mr Giorgos and the lady at the reception, Ms Maria, are very nice and are trying their best to make your stay very pleasant.
-: The shower floor is a little bit slippery. Could use an antislip mat. Also, coffee at breakfast could be of a better quality, since it is the first thing you try in the morning.
