-: The air conditioner was close to non-working (room 116) and it was really hard to cool down the room for the night.In the pictures the hotel looked better and fresher. The actual furniture and appliances were a bit dated

+: Super nettes Personal und immer saubere Zimmer. Das Buffet war vielseitig und für den Preis angemessen. Generell war das Preis Leistungs verhältnis angemessen für Allinclusive. Man fühlt sich hier sehr willkommen und man kann mit dem Personal Späße machen und lachen, das ist aber auch wegen der griechischen Mentalität. Wir hatten an einem Abend eine kleine traditionelle griechische Tanzeinlage und anschließend konnte man zu guter Dj Musik tanzen. Wir durften uns sogar deutsche Songs wünschen. Das hotel spiegelt meiner Meinung nach, die einfache und lockere kretanische Mentalität wieder. Man muss sich nur darauf einlassen, dann hat man eine schöne Zeit.
-: Der Waschbeckenabfluss hat leider unangenehm gerochen und war beim Zähneputzen nicht so lecker. Die Türen haben ein einfaches Schloss und man kann sie nur zu ziehen, nicht noch zusätzlich verschließen. Das Bier aus dem Zapfhahn und der Weiß Wein haben leider nicht geschmeckt. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist teils Stein und teils Sand Strand. Um ins Wasser zu gehen empfehle ich Strandschuhe.

+: Chambres confortables malgré des problèmes électriques coupant frigo et climatisation.Piscine agréable, eau très chaude.Emplacement proche de la plage et suffisamment proche de Rethymo (en voiture). Mais pas de parking : se garer dans la rue en impasse.
-: Hotel fonctionnant beaucoup en pension complete ou demi-pension, mais le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas vraiment attirant car salle de resto et terrasse pas assez mises en valeur et horaires de repas du soir pas très tardive, et sans aucune animation. La qualité des plats est juste correcte.Je ne conseille pas de retenir la demi-pension pour varier avec des resto du quartier côté plage ou côté ville.Le petit dej est dans le même esprit. Juste correct sans plus.

+: How close to the beach it was. Very close to all local amenities.
-: Only had bedding changed twice in 14 days. Did inform manager. Lack of cleaning in room in general. Very small room. Safe not in room but at reception area where anyone can see what you have in it.

+: Super établissement pour un 3 * Le patron est très gentil, souriant et serviable. C'est un établissement familial, sans animation, confortable, simple et propre. Nous avions pris la demi-pension. Les repas sont servis sous forme de buffet. Il y a des nouveautés tous les jours et des spécialités grecques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille et le recommandons !
