+: Polite and attentive service. All areas of the hotel were very clean. The hotel is relatively close to Chania Airport and easy to reach Chania. Excellent breakfast and food, beautiful pool area and a small playground for children. Quiet sandy beach just across the road - we had the whole beach practically to ourselves. Good restaurants in the vicinity. Overall, perfect for a family holiday with young children.

+: The rooms are spacious, well proofed for temperature and sound, and there are plenty of parkings available on site. Access to nearby restaurants and beaches is very easy. Access to natural wonders in the north is just an hour driving. The spa staff are professional, and it is worth a try.

+: Great place. Rooms were good, nice and clean. Pool is excellent, although busy, peak season, we always found some beds by the pool. Staff were very helpful.The location is quiet, but close to the sea. It’s easy to get a bus to Chania or Agia marina, for a better beach.
-: The men’s toilet by the pool was permanently locked, had to go into the hotel to use the facilities. Not a big issue, just a little inconvenient when you are wet from the pool.
