+: The location overall is good, restaurants inside have good food, the products used are fresh with taste raised in the region. The public pool is decent, has edges rounde so the kids don`t cut. The plants inside the resort are also very beautiful and authentic.
-: 1. We arrived as planned, we payed for the pool view room ( ~2200euro for 4 nights). When we got into the room we saw we were given a room for "special needs" persons even if we were 2 adults with 2 very small kids 2y and 4y. We politely asked to be given a normal room because the special "needs" room has a lot of iron bars in it, the sink is lower and has some strange things for a regular person who is not used with it, beside being the last room in the row with awful view, probably just a coincidence. We were rejected by 3 staff personal saying they cant give us a lower room or a higher room( we wanted to pay, money was not the issue). We checked on booking.com and there were rooms available there and we showed that to the staff manager of that night, she trying to make us believe there are not but we traveled many countries last 15 years we are not novice, there were rooms available on booking and that was just mean intention. After insisting that we will sleep and post about this publicly we received a lower entry room and no refund, we were given beside the breakfast we payed a half board which was fine for us, we accepted just to have a place where to sleep after the long road from Chania airport (3h drive with car).2. You pay for diner and if you go the restaurant you get no drinks included which is ok, but not even water ?? I mean... water ffs. All needs to be payed around 5euro per bottle. Coffee in the morning which is free is shitty, the one you pay later at dinner at same restaurant is ok but 5euro.3. They say you get discount for restaurants in the resort and you get like 40euro discount for 4 persons while you payed much more for dinner for 4 persons. The staff is quite rude even if you pay over 100euro for a meal, no answers to questions (not all, some are nice and polite but the ones that seem to be "alpha" are very rude. Would write more but max text is reached.

+: The resort was very nicely located on a beautiful beach. There were plenty of sunbeds on the beach and a fantastic beach shack offering food and drink to the beds. The buffet breakfast had plenty of choice and was good quality. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a decent size.
-: I was disappointed with the lack of sunbeds around the pool area and the whole area became muddy with the water from the pool. The sunbeds by the other pool are just reserved for clients in the 'pool side' bungalows which seems unfair when you have a 'pool view' bungalow and you can not sit by the pool your looking at from your room because you are a floor up.
