+: Kahvaltısı mükemmel değildi ancak yeterli ve doyurucuydu. Biraz daha hijyen kurallarına dikkat edilebilirdi. Çeşit biraz daha arttırılabilir. Ayrıca kahvaltı servisi için sadece tek bir personel var ve her işi kendisi yapıyor. Otelin konumu gerçekten harika. Doğanın içinde sessiz ve sakin bir otel. Mimari yapısı harika. Ancak sitesinde gösterildiği gibi bakımlı değil.

-: Otelin genel bir hijyen sorunu vardı. Otelin konumu ve mimari yapısı gerçekten harikaydı. Huzur veren bir yer. Ancak yeterli personel olmamasından kaynaklı olarak odaların iyi temizlenmediğini düşünüyorum. Keza ilk gecemizde odada koltuk minderlerinin altında çok önceden oraya yerleşmiş hatta yavrulamış böcekler bulduk. Ölü böcekler de vardı. Bu odaların detaylı olarak temizlenmediğini gösterdi bize. Otelin doğa içinde olması sebebi ile böcek olacağını tahmin etmiştik ancak temizlik ve ilaçlama ile çözülecek sorunlarla karşılaştığımızda anladık ki ne ilaçlama ne de temizlik yeterli değil. Yine odaya kahve ve fincanlar koymuşlardı. Kahve içtik ve kirli fincanlar 3 gün boyunca orada durdu. En son ben fincanları kapı ağzında duran dolap üzerine koydum ve oradan alıp temiz fincanlar koydular. Ancak biz çıkarken hala o kirli fincanlar duruyordu. 5 yıldızlı olduğu için tercih etmemize rağmen 5 yıldızlı bir otel olmadığı çok açıktı. Özellikle hijyen bakımından çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Çocuklar için yemek alanının yanına bir oyun alanı yapılmış. bu çok güzel bir fikirdi. Ancak hem alan hem de oyuncaklar gerçekten çok kirliydi. Alan o kadar tozluydu ki tozlar yumak yumak etrafta uçuşuyordu. Otele girişte valizlerimizi odaya kadar kendimiz taşımak zorunda kaldık çünkü bunun için bir personelleri yoktu. Ağır valizleri merdivenlerden çıkartmak oldukça zordu. Bize giriş kaydı oluşturan kişi ile odamızı gösteren kişiler aynıydı ve bize oda gösterirken arkamızdan gelen misafirler beklemek zorunda kaldılar. Çünkü bu işlemi yapacak başka bir personelleri yoktu. Mimari yapısı beni çok etkilemesine rağmen sitesindeki fotoğraflardaki gibi bakımlı bir otel değildi. Balkonumuzdaki masa bile kırıktı. Bunu söylediğimiz halde tamir edilmedi ya da değiştirilmedi. Otel çok bakımsız bir oteldi. Şezlongların üzerindeki güneşlikler dahi yırtılmıştı. Oteli kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum. Özellikle de benim gibi çocuklu ailelere tavsiye etmiyoru.
