-: The difficult access to our room with luggage - at the highest point of the hotel grounds with no porter assistance and no clear directions to our room. It was IMPOSSIBLE to get a sunbed at the pool in the morning any time after 7am. All beds saved with towels and not a soul to be seen.

-: Det var ett mycket stökigt hotell! Hög ljudnivå överallt. Vi hade tur som fick ett rum långt ifrån underhållningen. I det området gick högtalarna på högsta nivå nästan hela dagen fram till midnatt. Städningen kunde vara bättre, handdukar var slitna, någon saknade ett hörne, första natten sov vi med ett hål i lakanet. Sängöverkasten kändes inte rena. Rummet och faciliteter var ganska allmänt slitna. Den varma maten var inte bra, däremot var salladerna och dressingarna fantastiska! Personalen som arbetade var trevliga.

+: The hotel area was clean. Places are cleaned all the time. The area was beautiful. The food was good. The animation team was amazing. The room was clean and bigger than we expected.
-: Sometimes the music was played in the pool area so loud that it was impossible to stay there. Fortunately, it was calmer in the water park. The evening program was also so loud that it was impossible to sleep in the room even though the room was far from the amphitheater. Even at the children's disco, the music was so loud that the children couldn't be there. And we're usually used to the noise.

+: De zwembaden, aquapark en het all inclusive concept. Eten diner gevarieerd en goede kwaliteit. De leden van het animatieteam zijn zeer vriendelijk en enthousiast.
-: De hygiëne van de kamers; de schoonmaak.Wat verouderde inrichting van de kamersKakkerlak gevonden in de kast. De staat van de douchekop. Die spoot alle kanten op,met als gevolg dat de hele badkamer nat was en we moesten zitten in het bad om te douchen zodat de douchekop niet over douchegordijn heen spoot.Vermeld staat dat minidisco elke avond is om 20.00 uur. Maar start echt pas 20.30, en gisterenavond ging deze niet door. Tot verdriet van mijn dochter,op laatste avond.Muziek van animatie in de avond te hard, kinderen moeite met slapen hierdoor Jammer van de rondslingerende bekers en cups op het complex.
