+: The staff was the best, we erre treated very nice by the reception and especially restaurant staff! the pool area was clean and nice

-: The room was highly disappointing, smelling like mold and not matching the pictures. We complained and were ‘upgraded’ to for sure a better room without smell and more volume but still I would say the furniture is very outdated and somehow depressing. Restaurant was ok but food not always ok. Cook tried to provide some variety which is appreciated but still somehow poor choice and not so well cooked. There were no fresh fruit for breakfast.

+: Hotel splnil naše očekávání. Velmi milý personál. Výborné Jídlo s dobrým výběrem každý den na jiné téma. Ocenili jsme také svačinu na pokoji při našem check-inu ve 2 hodiny ráno. Recepce 24h. Vybavení hotelu na 3 hvězdičky standard, včetně klimatizace. Pohodlné postele. Výhled na moře. Od ubytování na kopci pravidelně sváží hosty elektrickými autíčky, což je super služba, protože s námi na dovolené byla i moje babička. Parkování jsme vždy našli hned nad ubytováním v areálu hotelu. Doporučuji půjčit si autoskútr a objíždět i jiné pláže. Pláž Sidari je asi 10 minut chůze od hotelu, ale je velmi mělká, teplá a písčitá, takže to správě modré čisté řecké moře tu nezažijete. Bary, restaurace a obchody jsou hned u pláže.

-: Nechutnali nám drinky na baru u bazénu. Ubytování nemá sítě proti komárům. Chyběl nám sušák na prádlo (vyřešili jsme vlastní šnůrou na zábradlí balkonu). Televize funguje, ale pokud sebou nemáte USB s vlastními filmy, nic si na ní nepustíte. Dvakrát se nám přenastavil ovladač na klimatizaci, takže nefungoval. Protékal nám záchod (zasekával se plovák). Pokud se ale problém dal řešit s personálem na recepci, vždy nám pomohli. :)

-: The food was based on theme nights which I really was not impressed with the snack bar was basic like only toasties from 10 am till 12 lunchtime and only chips and hot dogs and some cakes and waffles and ice cream very basic for what I pay ed for the holiday

+: It was clean,the staff were excellent,

-: The air on in the room was poor.The rooms are in need of updating.The pool closing time should be later.The drinks were poor quality.

+: We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The food was lovely. There were variety of dishes on different days. The entertainment team was amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. My special thanks goes to them for doing a fantastic job of keeping the guest entertained. Thanks

-: I had requested for our rooms to be close by. Though our rooms were in the same building but they on different floors which were not really convenient to see each other due to the nature of the building. Our four bed family room was a 2 floor room, very spacious but the AC did not work which made it really unconformable especially the top floor due to the heat.
