+: Great place and host! We had a really good time during our summer break. The host was very helpful and greeted us with a traditional dinner. Plus: - Spacious apartment with 3 separate bathrooms. - Large rooms that can accommodate at least 10+ people. - Everything was clean. - The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking - Nice swimming pool with varying levels, which is suitable for kids (I'd say 5+ years). - Great location and a perfect starting point for various tourist attractions. - The place is so nice that we've recommended it to a couple of our friends. - Helpful and friendly owners. There was no problem checking in a little earlier and checking out later. Neutral: - The owners live next to the apartment, but since the apartment faces the pool, there’s no interaction with them.
-: Minus: - There is only one key for the gate. I think it would be handy to have 2 or 3 keys, as the keybox outside the gate is too small; or at least we had trouble with it.

+: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber…zum Empfang hat man selbstgemachte Moussaka bekommen diese sehr lecker war.Die Villa ist sauber und die Anlage in einem gepflegten Zustand.Wir hatten mit Transfer vom Flughafen gebucht dieser reibungslos funktionierte .

+: Villa in posizione ottimale per visitare la parte di Rodi città faliraki e spiagge rinomate ! Gode di ogni confort,molto pulita ! Vale il proprietario ci ha fatto preparare una teglia di mussaka e del vino bianco ! Molto gentile e amichevole ! La piscina per come è localizzata permette di far il bagno anche nelle sere ventose perche molto ben riparata con una zona barbecue adiacente veramente funzionale ! Consigliatissima per gruppo di amici o famiglie numerose !spazi in casa ben suddivisi ! Le foto riportate son reali !
