+: Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, κοντά σε όλα. Δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα με το πάρκινγκ καθώς βρίσκεται σε δρόμο με πολλές θέσεις στάθμευσης, όπου βρίσκεις σχεδόν πάντα.
