+: Stunning room and location in front of the beach.

-: The restaurant stuff could be more kind and smiling.

+: La habitación y la ubicación está cerca de todo. Y la limpieza de la habitación estaba bien.

-: El espacio exterior de la habitación es horrible. No tiene mantenimiento y es poco práctico ya que para acceder a la playa Tenes una puerta y unas paredes por lo que se pierde todo el encanto de estar sobre ella. Cuando abríamos la puerta estaba lleno de gente sentada en un banco en nuestra puerta y toda la arena está sucia llena de basura. La atención tanto en la recepción como en el restaurante fue mala. El sistema del desayuno es poco práctico Tenes q llenar una planilla a mano para elegir que queres comer y tomar. Quise otros café y me lo cobraron aparte.

+: Directly on the black beach!Room was spacious and clean!Five minute walk to the bus stop.

+: החדר מרווח מאוד והכל תפקד ביחידה. המים בברזים מליחים כמו ביתר המלונות ששאלתי. היחידה פונה לים, מרחק 20 מ׳ ממנו, ויש בחזית מרפסת עם מיטות שיזוף אבל ללא שימשיה. כמו-כן יש גדר במבוק שמסתירה את הים. הים עצמו כמו החוף, מלא באבנים קטנות ומעצבנות.

-: מיטות השיזוף שבחזית המלון על החוף, ששיכות למלון, ועלותן גם לדיירי המלון, 10-25 יורו.ארוחת הבוקר פשוטה לגמרי, וזהה בכל הימים, ממש בסיסית, ואם רוצים אספרסו או שוקו, יש ליקנות באופן נפרד, כ 5,5 יורו לשוקו.הבחור שעובד בבר בשעות הבוקר, ממש לא נחמד

+: Tutto è stato perfetto. La posizione della struttura è unica, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia tramite la veranda privata. La camera è molto spaziosa, in stile greco molto piacevole. Ombrellone e lettini in spiaggia sono gratuiti per gli ospiti della struttura. Un ringraziamento speciale a Elda, che ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero speciale. Grazie di tutto

+: The location is just great. From the veranda to the beach in 15 meters. Breakfast is good though a bit limited, in my opinion. Polite staff and willing to accommodate. Beautiful room, Beautiful sea.

-: Reception timetable is 10:00 to 19:00. If something occurs after 19:00, you're somehow on your own. Choice of music at breakfast is extremely poor and it's loud; It becomes annoying after a while and it's forbidding if you care to relax, enjoy your morning beverage and contemplate to the sound of the sea. Some things in the otherwise nice and spacious bathroom are in need of some attention, e.g. the handheld showered gasket was worn out, spraying water all over. Another thing, typical lately allover Greece, was the situation with the umbrellas and loungers. Despite the claim that they're supposed to be free for the clients of the premises, there was actually a fee, although discounted compared to the absurd amount of money that people who visit the beach independently would have to pay.
