+: And now to the pluses, we greatly appreciate and value the attitude of the receptionist, who was very kind, dedicated, helpful. Every day she greeted us with a smile, wished us a beautiful day, asked how our day was and so on. She helped us a lot when complaining about a cruise where we didn't get the cruise we were supposed to have, another plus was the location of the hotel, we were relatively close to almost everywhere. The hotel was nice overall, modern swimming pools, restaurant, terrace with a view of the sea and the harbor was amazing, the room was cleanly prepared, the hotel prepared a bed for the third person instead of a couch upon request. They prepared a room for us due to an earlier arrival. Restaurants were quite close. We had a beautiful view of the sunrises. It's a shame about the minor flaws that the customer will unfortunately notice. We thank the hotel for a pleasant experience and a great vacation on beautiful Zakynthos.

-: I'll start with the minuses. The room was nice, cozy, but the same cannot be said about the bathroom, there was a smell from it and it was very small, the shower was like a dormitory facility, after showering there was water everywhere, but we managed it. The room did not match the photos on Booking. Another negative is the breakfast, it wasn't very varied, modest and we didn't enjoy the same thing every day, the coffee from the machine was like from a machine somewhere at the bus station, but overall we had a pretty tasty meal. Another minus would be the access to the sea, from a not very safe place, which is like a torn off piece of concrete panel.

+: Malá koupelna byla jediným mínusem.

+: Hatten für uns Erwachsene ein Deluxe Zimmer mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Auf der Terrasse am Meer (nur wenige Treppenstufen bis ins Wasser) gab es selbst in der Hauptsaison (August) immer freie Liegestühle mit Sonnenschirmen. Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Entspannte Atmosphäre: am Pool war nie viel los, schöne Hintergrundmusik an der Bar und am Pool, beim Frühstück genügend freie Tische. Frühstück wurde bis zum Schluss immer wieder aufgefüllt, so dass es von allem genug gab. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit. Entgegen vieler Rezensionen haben wir keinerlei negative Erfahrungen mit lärmendem Partyvolk gemacht. War sehr ruhig.

-: Wenn im Zimmer die Klimaanlage lief, war es auf dem Balkon recht laut. Frühstück eher mittelmäßig: wenig frisches Obst, kein guter Orangensaft, Speisen geschmacklich o.k, aber nichts Besonderes. Parkplatz einige Meter entfernt in der prallen Sonne, so dass das Auto immer glühend heiß war (kein Vorwurf, ist halt so im August in Griechenland))
