+: The Location is excellent - Just a 5 min stroll into Agios Nikolaos town centre and right by the water. The staff were exeptional. Magda at front desk was amazing for surprising me with an upgrade on my birthday. Manolis at the bar downstairs is a real gentleman whilst Jorge, Marios and many others were so kind during my 10 day stay. Being a new hotel the value for money is exceptional.

-: The pool on the 9th floor was a bit too quiet and could do with creating a bit more of an atmosphere - but the views - oh the views... :-)

-: we saw the photos of the hotel but our room was facing the back street-we had to close the curtains our entire stay other . wise neighbor's could see us in the room I've accepted much more privacy from 5 stars hotel - for me it no value for money no where this things was mention -the hotels refuse to change room for us although we booked 2 rooms to celebrate birthday- this was super disappointed for us I've attached photos-

-: המים במקלחת לא מספיק חמים, אם יושבים קרוב לבר בארוחת בוקר יש רעש חזק של שייקר, אין ג'קוזי

+: Brand new. Built and designed with a lot of taste.Amazing pools and view.Very nice private beach, small, so no crowds.Perfect location.Really top experience.

-: Keep in mind that in many rooms bathroom and toilet are not in a separate room, so if you need privacy it might be a bit tricky.

+: Η επιτομή της φιλοξενίας. Τα πάντα ήταν υπέροχα. Πέρασα ένα εκπληκτικό τετραήμερο μαζί με τον γιο γιο μου. Το πρώτο και το κυριότερο ήταν το προσωπικό. Τα παιδιά που μας εξυπηρέτησαν στην είσοδο για το αυτοκίνητο, μετά στην ρεσεψιόν που μας υποδέχτηκαν και φυσικά το σέρβις του εστιατορίου δίπλα στην πισίνα. Όλα τους χαμογελαστά κι ευγενέστατα μας ικανοποιούσαν κάθε μας ανάγκη. Το πρωινό είχε ένα μπουφέ που κάλυπτε όλα τα γαστρονομικά γούστα. Η πισίνα, μεγάλη με άνετα έπιπλα και συγκλονιστική θέα καθότι βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο. Τέλος, το πολύ μεγάλο και άνετο δωμάτιο, με king size κρεβάτι, μας εξασφάλισε μια άνετη διαμονή τις 4 νύχτες που μείναμε. Ένα μεγάλο ευχαριστώ στο προσωπικό του ξενοδοχείου και θα επιστρέψω με την πρώτη ευκαιρία.

+: ovviamente la struttura è bella e la posizione è ottima. la piscina all’ottavo piano veramente mozzafiato. anche la palestra era ben attrezzata

-: il fatto che non abbia un parcheggio in loco e che non abbia a disposizione una spiaggia con dei lettini a disposizione gratuitamente per gli ospiti

+: Colazione eccellente con tante scelte sia dolci che salate. Piscina sia in camera che le due presenti nella struttura erano molto belle esteticamente, l'unica pecca era l'acqua un po' fredda in quelle in camera, mentre quelle dell'hotel avevano l'acqua riscaldata.
