+: Property is big so you can find places to suit your fancy. Food quality was good - not great. Lots of things to do like tennis or mini golf etc. they have some organized activities.

-: Malia is a crowded area for tourism. Swimming in the ocean is not a great experience here as there are other areas way better than this. The property has been around for 30-40 years so the property is big. The rooms are smaller and don’t expect to chill in your rooms since they are small. I slept well but be prepared for a thin and bouncy mattress. I would describe the mattress as that from a Camp or Youth Hostel. Surely the multi millionaire owner can pay for new mattresses for the guests. I can only guide that they don’t do this because they know tourists will come no matter what so why spend the money. Hopefully they will read this and do something about it. The room furniture feels like 1990. Take the unfulfilled bedspreads off the first thing you do when you get to your room. Disgusting !!Lastly stay here 2 or 3 nights tops. You’ll regret staying any longerI rate this a 2.5 star quality on a 5-star. 4 star heck NO

+: Vom Restaurant und der Bar hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer (toller Sonnenuntergang)Zudem hat es den ganzen Tag immer etwas zum Essen gegeben (Frühstück, Mittagessen, Snacks, Kuchen, Gegrilltes...)

-: Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und sehr hellhörig (man hört Leute reden, welche am Zimmer vorbei gehen)

+: Ιδανική τοποθεσία παραμονής στά Μάλια . Παραμένει ένα καλό ξενοδοχείο στην κατηγορία του με αξιοπρεπείς παροχές προς τον επισκέπτη άνετα δωμάτια καλοδιατηρημένα . Παραμένει αρκετά καλό στο κομμάτι της διατροφής. Το προσωπικό καταβάλει υπεράνθρωπες προσπάθειες να εξυπηρετήσει το πολυπληθές κοινό του ξενοδοχείου.

-: Παραμένει ένα μαζικό ξενοδοχείο all inclusive ! Οι θέσεις του πάρκινγκ είναι δυσανάλογες των κλινών του ξενοδοχείου.

+: Spacious and well looked after the territory of the hotel, nice mountain views, food, location, staff and animators

-: The rooms on the ground floor were a bit cold in April - early May period. The separate blankets on top of sheets were annoying

+: הצוות והשרות היו מעולים, צוות נכון לעזור ככל יכולתו, הטבח הכין לנו מנה בשבילנו, נקיון פשוט מדהים, היה קר ולכן לגבי מתקנים אין לנו דעה, יחד עם זאת יש 2 בריכות גדולות יפות ומדשאות וירידה לחוף ים פרטי.אוכל מצויין בשפע כל הזמן, מחיר פיקס.

-: החדרים מאוד מאוד מיושנים, משהו של שנות ה 70, המזגן רק מקרר ולא מחמם, הלילות היו קרים עדיין ולכן זו בעייה.השמיכות היו שמיכות של פעם, לא משהו שתרצה להתכסות איתו.
