Dimitra Beach Hotel & suites is a 5-star all-inclusive resort in the popular Agios Fokas village of Kos that offers 6 swimming pools and 3 restaurants in a beachfront setting. Enjoying views of the sea, the hotel’s premises include sports facilities, a mini market and a kids’ disco.
The air-conditioned units have wooden furnishings and bright colors and include free WiFi, a satellite TV and a fridge. Featuring a balcony or a terrace, each unit offers views to the sea or the garden. Some of them have a dining and a seating area. Each has a private bathroom with shower, free toiletries and hairdryer.
A rich buffet breakfast is served daily, while guests can taste Greek and Mediterranean flavors at the 3 on-site restaurants. The dine-around option allows guests to choose out of 6 restaurants at either Dimitra Beach Hotel & Suites or the sister property. +: Resepsiyonda, halkla ilişkilerde, housekeeping de, restoranda, barlarda, sahilde, havuzlarda çalışan tüm personel güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Hepsi çok kibar.Yemekler şahane. Tüm otel, odalar, duvarlar, koridorlar, bembeyaz, tertemiz. Sahil, şezlonglar, havlular tertemiz.Yarım pansiyon kalıyorduk, bize herşey dahil konaklama ve alakart yemek ikram ettiler. Çok mutlu olduk.Otel merkeze yakın, ulaşım çok kolay.Müzik var, gürültü yok. Rahatsız olmuyorsunuz.Bahçeler çok bakımlı, peyzaj mükemmel.
-: Deniz taşlık ayağınıza batıyor ama tertemiz. Giderken yanınıza deniz ayakkabısı alırsanız sorun olmuyor.

-: Більшість персоналу недоброзичливі люди, які навіть обговорюють гостей готелю за їхніми спинами (на моїх очах обговорювали зовнішній вигляд дівчини) готель потребує ремонту, недосконале прибирання, звукоізоляція відсутня, однакові сніданки, розважальна програма дуже слабка (через день лише жива музика), на море необхідно брати взуття для каміння

+: The hotel has its own beach, the sea was crystal clear. All rooms have unobstructed sea view. Good location. Espresso machines in every room.
-: I'd like to first start by saying that we paid 300 EURnight for this hotel, and it certainly did not feel like a 300 EUR hotel. The breakfast was in poor quality. For example instead of freshly baked croissants they served prepackaged ones. Same for cakes and cookies as well. Cheese selection was poor. It did not help that the staff was indifferent and rude at times. Just to give an example, we were scolded by the staff for sitting in a four people table by just two. Treating us like kids (we are all 35+). The AC in my room was not working, I let the staff know about this, but this issue was not fixed during my stay. Overall the rooms felt cheap with fake marbles in bathrooms and cheap brand AC and TV in the room. Its private beach only offered beds and shades, no music, no service. Everything about Dimitra feels CHEAP but the price.

+: Die Lage war sehr gut und uns hat sehr gut gefallen das unser Bungalow direkt am Strand war. Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet und es war eine grosse Auswahl.Das Personal war freundlich.
-: Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten unbedingt renoviert werden. Das Personal war stets freundlich aber für einen 5 Sternen Hotel braucht es mehr Professionalität in allen Bereichen.
