+: Personal mi-a placut locatia cu foarte multa vegetatie tinand cont de clima din Grecia. Mancarea a fost variata si gaseai tot timpul ceva care sa iti placa. Sezlongurile de la mare erau suficiente pentru toata lumea cazata la hotel. Personalul a fost prietenos si nu ne-au creat un stres suplimentar din punctul asta de vedere. Receptionerii, cameristele, ospatarii au fost de nota 10. Piscinele erau suficiente si bine intretinute.
-: Programul de la piscina m-a deranjat pentru ca se inchidea la ora 18. Noi nu stateam la plajapiscina intre orele 12 si 17 si acest aspect a fost putin deranjant.

+: Sehr schönes, weitläufiges Hotel in toller Strandlange mit durchgehend sehr freundlichem Personal und toller Küche. Besonders Guest Relations Manager Evangelia war immer ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und konnte zu allen Fragen und Bitten sofort helfen, zB auch beim Organisieren von Ausflügen, Taxis, Mietwagen usw. Man kann direkt im Hotel tageweise einen Mietwagen zu günstigen Konditionen mieten. Wer sportlich ist kann in 1-2 Tagen den Hauptgipfel des Olymp in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels besteigen.

+: Selve værelserne på hotellet var ok (rent og pænt).
-: Servicen var ikke god. Vi havde inkluderet mad i prisen, men skulle betale for vand. Personalet var sure og bitre, glas og service var urent og selve hygiejnen var elendig.Der var næsten intet der var som forventet. Kort sagt, så endte vi med at afslutte vores ferie før tid.

+: Excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff, good food, family friendly, nice kids' club, beautiful location, spa was great. Overall, I highly recommend this resort.
-: There were a few minor inconveniences which the staff tried to resolve. It took me a long time (weeks) and help from Booking to change my dates prior to arrival. Draconian ban on bringing own water at meals.
