+: The location is fabulous with an unbeatable beachfront for an amazing swimming experience. The breakfast buffet is super, while the rest of the dining experiences are mixed from good to very good. The rooms and the rest of the property are kept in very good condition.
-: The room and beach towels were a bit tired. And the beach lounger cushions coukd use a refresh.

+: Amazing hotel, the facilities, rooms, pools are exceptional. Staff really make the stay memorable as they are so friendly and polite. Good location, close to airport and the old town to visit easily by car. Very private hotel, you dont notice even when at capacity.
-: My aircond broke down one night but i was given a fan and it was fixed the next morning, no big deal.

-: Abbiamo prenotato 3 notti nella “Suite Pearl” (700 € a notte solo pernottamento e prima colazione ) una volta arrivati scopriamo (non è ben specificato su Booking)che l’hotel è diviso in due parti e la nostra stanza era sulla nuova struttura che si trova oltre la trafficata strada principale.Struttura anonima, isolata,per arrivare al mare devi prendere 4 ascensori.Privacy inesistente in quanto finestre e vasca esterna posti a pochi metri dalla strada di accesso. Mi sono lamentato col manager che ci ha offerto una cena e il giorno dopo ci ha sistemato nella struttura centrale dove finalmente ci siamo sentiti in hotel.La stanza però era molto più piccola,non era vista mare e di sicuro non valeva quanto pagato!!

+: The hotel is wonderful. Staff are welcoming and very friendly and the setting is truly sublime. You can't beat the view and we felt completely relaxed from day 1! We loved it so much we have been two years in a row...
-: Reserving a table at the onsite restaurants at a time that suits you can be a little tricky and at times we found the service to be a little slow.

-: Room was not clean, sink drain was clogged with hairs, no liner in pin, carpet and bed had hairs from other people....water glasses had stains.....fruit that was left as welcome gift, not fresh
