The 5-star Eagles Palace Spa Hotel with its own sandy beach is located in the area of Skala, surrounded by lush gardens. There is an outdoor swimming pool, a spa and tennis court.
All rooms at Eagles Palace Hotel are elegantly decorated in neutral colors and air-conditioned. Amenities include a luxurious marble bathroom and an LCD TV with satellite channels. The windows offer a view of the sea or the garden.
Every morning, a Greek breakfast certified with the Greek Chamber of Hotels is served with freshly baked local pies, cheese and fresh fruit. International dishes for gourmets are prepared in the restaurant Kamares, and fish dishes - in the restaurant Almyra. Also in the cafe, cocktail bar and beach bar throughout the day, you can order a variety of drinks and cocktails.

+: Location was great and the greenery was well kept.
-: Pool was always swarmed, it is too small. Staff on the beach was real bad, very slow and mixing up orders. Restaurants were fully booked all the time.

+: I liked the hotel as a whole. I love that the hotel kept its elegance trough the years, it is very enjoyable. It has many beautiful, quiet spots to sit and relax, enjoying the wonderful view of the sea. The breakfast was amazing, they really go out of their way with this, it just has a wide variety of all sorts of food. The staff at the reception was very polite and helpful. Upon our arrival, after a long drive with a baby, they offered us a refreshment before we were checked in. Then we were upgraded, which we didn't expect and it was very nice of them, as I think the pleasure was much bigger with room looking at the sea instead of other potential views. We appreciate this upgrade very much. It was my mothers birthday during our stay, and they surprised us with a wonderful b-day cake. The beach was great, very big and therefore not crowded. They also have various water sport and boat rental options, which we didn't use this time because we were with the baby, but definitely will next time.
-: The only thing that we had misunderstandings with was the house keeping. They were all very nice as well, its just that you never know when they would show up to clean the room, and with a baby and his schedule its just quite inconvenient. However, after couple of days, and help from staff from the reception, everything was sorted out and they were cleaning the room in the morning while we were at breakfast, which was great.

+: One of the best places where we’ve stayed in this part of the world - the sizeable rooms, the views, the nature and proximity to the beautiful private beach all made it a great experience.
-: Water at dinner could be included in the half board package. €6-7 euros just for that feels a bit overpriced
