+: Good location, friendly stuff and very nice beachpools. We also had a really awesome view from the room The food was really tasty . Main buffet has a large selection of dishes and we liked it even more than the food in some of the restaurants of the hotel.

-: 1. Elevators - we were on the 4-th floor and there were issues with elevators almost on the daily basis. 2. Room cleaning is done till very late. We used to come to the room to rest after the lunch around 14:30 and they even didn't start to clean it up few days in row

+: We stayed in the 800 swim up pool suites , these were very spacious for the 3 of us and we loved having our own bar and cafe so we did not have to fight crowds. The resort as a whole is very tired, they are extremely short on staff which is not nice when you pay the money we did. only 1 bar tender most days at each bar and long lines. Buffet food awful some of the restaurants are good. The entertainment need help, its OK. The entertainment staff don't do much, they all stick together. if they got people more involved it would be better. No music and very little activities by the pools. The salt water pools are salter than the ocean and I did not like that at all.

-: lack of entertainment by the pools,(no music) very short on staff in all areas. The loungers are very tired as well as the main resort. This place said they did the resort up but that was not true, even the staff said nothing had been done yet. the pitches for the kids was a joke as well as the volley ball, it was rocky and hard. no one was really on it. The buffet food, the meat was way over cooked and was like rubber.

+: Εξαιρετική ομάδα με όρεξη και αγάπη για αυτό που παρέχουν. Όλες οι υπηρεσίες υψηλού επιπέδου. Για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε είχαμε άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Σίγουρα θα επισκεφτούμε ξανά το νησί για το ξενοδοχείο!!

+: Such an amazing experience! I have to say that all the staff at the hotel was welcoming and very kind but The reception team is extraordinary!they were amazing! I’m pregnant with a little baby and they helped us so much and they were just so kind to us!The restaurants were amazing and the food quality was high!

-: The grill restaurant didn’t have enough meat options besides pork

+: היחס של העובדים בקבלה ובכלל, שירותי ואדיב מאוד, עשו הכל להקל ולעזור נותנים הרגשה נפלאה, חוף הים של המלון משגע

-: האוכל פחות מוצלחאין מגבות ביםבריכה בזמינות גבוהה

+: Strand und Pools waren super. Buffet für den Preis etwas wenig aber jeder kommt auf seine Kosten
