-: Arrogant person at front desk Poor communication and very unhelpful. Seemed very disinterested not at all like our usual experience with front of house staff. We were made to wait an extended time. Spoilt our experience of Chania as we had to wait so much longer than he had informed us without explanation or apology..

+: Una vista dalla camera mozzafiato. Bella struttura in una ottima posizione, ad un passo dal centro, sul mare, con una spiaggetta bellissima di fronte; personale super gentile in tutto e per tutto, colazione varia e buona.

-: Consigliamo maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, un facoltativo rimodernamento delle camere (alcuni rivestimenti di pavimenti e pareti erano vecchi, ascensore ) viste le 2 stelle, e un sistema di « oscuramento » migliore visto che le tende sono troppo piccole ed alle 5 entra il sole diretto. Condizionatore un po’ rumoroso tale per cui ci siamo svegliati di notte. Mancava il phon..

-: We didn't get what we saw. Pictures on booking.com for Delux double room with garden view are compelety different from reality. Room is smaller, outdated, everything is very old and it smells of old furniture. The lighting is bad. Room door is thin and poor quality, it looks like one harder push could open it even loocked. Balcony door is not soundproof and you can hear people talking on the other terraces. Wi-fi is bad. The bathroom is almost unusable. Never renovated, so small that one tiny person can barely stand inside. One part od the shower door is missing (maybe on purpose, because if it was there, you wouldn't be able to move your hands or to turn around), so the water comes out and floods the floor. It's such a shame, since the hotel has premium location and dedicated staff. They should not offer these rooms and deceive the guests with pictures of renovated ones.
