+: Непосредствено близо до плажа и заведенията. Наблизо има мини маркет и закусвалня. Има безплатни места за паркиране. От терасата има странична гледка към морето.

-: Неудобни мебели. Гардеробът няма рафтове и няма къде да се сложат дрехите. Стаите са много малки и като разспънеш куфара с дрехите на земята, няма от къде да минеш. Чешмата в кухненското боксче е развалена и капе постоянно. Водата в банята, в три от шестте дни в които бяхме там, тече на порции - гореща студена, въпреки че лекарите го препоръчват терапевтично, никак не е приятно. Чисти се всеки ден, но въпреки това не е добре почистено. На вратата на терасата няма комарник и влизат комари и големи буболечки.
