+: the food quality was good throughout the day. The catering staff work hard to meet demand
-: Attitude of some of the reception staff left a lot to be desired. The place is extremely expensive, and if you are going to offer all inclusive on drinks please don't offer a beer that is so weak you could drink it all day without it having any effect. Also the snack bar offers food until 5.30pm, - you try getting anything other than the left-over wraps after 4.45pm and you will be disappointed.

+: Great hotel, so glad we chose this , would highly recommend . Food was fantastic with a great section . Staff were incredible , if you are after a relaxing holiday , this is fantastic choice.

+: Szuper kedves és vidám személyzet, kifogástalan tisztaság, kényelmes ágyak, csodás medencék. Ingyen upgrade-et kaptunk, wifi első nap nem működött, de másnapra javították, ezután kiváló volt. Az ételek átlagosak, kissé ismétlődőek, de viszonylag széles a választék, és friss.
-: A partszakasz kisgyermekek számára nem ideális, nagyon sziklás, keskeny, és kevés a homokos rész, a parton emiatt sétálni sem lehet. Inkább a medencét használtuk. A környéken gyalog semmi sem elérhető, taxi vagy bérelt autó szükséges, ha valaki ki szeretne mozdulni a szállodából. Az esti programok zaja néhány szobába beszűrődik, korán alvó gyerekeknek a főépület ideálisabb lehet. Minket szerencsére nem zavart a zene. A desszertpultnál ugyanazok a krémek ismétlődtek más színnel és elnevezéssel, de ugyanaz az íz dominált.

+: Pěkný hotel, super milý personál, ale většina z něj neprofesionální. Nicméně oceňuji, že někdo kdo mi zlomí korek ve vínu se u toho usmívá 😁 personál obecně svým přístupem zachraňoval hodně a celkově vylepšoval pocit z hotelu. Pokoje čisté, nově vybavené, lokalita supr.
-: Slabinou bylo stravování. Jídlo průměrné, 2x ze zkaženého masa (cítit to bylo i přes tunu kořeni) a nápoje strašně šizené. Víno nebylo víno ale voda smíchaná s chemií, mléko bylo spíše voda s trochou mléka atd. Chápu, že u tohoto typu stravování šetří ale toho už bylo fakt moc. Nakonec jsme si raději stejně všechno kupovali extra a tam teda kvalita níž byla super. Na placené víno, kávu, placené drinky můžu říct pouze chválu.
