-: The lady at the reception was not welcoming and rude when she was asked to provide a copy of the document i signed during check in. The room and the bed was full of ants until the cleaning lady sprayed our room. Up to the last day we shared the room with some ants. Another highlight was the failed air conditioning and the total power loss in the room (repaired the next morning). Luckily another room was empty were we spend that night.

-: Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema di formiche nella stanza e ci siamo un po’ dovuti arrangiare, ma c’è da dire che l’indomani hanno fatto sanificare la stanza

+: Elia Kentron apartment is in the perfect location, in the heart of Chania close to everything. It was great that you couldn't hear anything from the streets while in the apartment. The staff were very helpful.
