+: The exterior looks so good whereas interior could be better

-: The room wasn’t with bathtub even that was described in the room selection !The prepare the same things for lunch and diner !You do not have to many food choices !The food is from low quality( e.g pasta , veggies, cake etc ) except olives ! Bartenders they didn’t know the exact amount of liquor or drinks to mix it up for any cocktail… if you taste the cocktails with closed eyes you cant find what you’re drinking!

+: Όλα ήταν πάρα πολύ όμορφα είναι πραγματικά ένα ξενοδοχείο που θα πας να ξεκουραστείς. Πολύ ευγενικό το προσωπικό, χαμογελαστοί. Γνωρίσαμε και τον διευθυντή του ξενοδοχείου τον κύριο Νίκο, σωστός επαγγελματίας, ευγενέστατος. Ο κύριος Τριαντάφυλλος ο μετρ του εστιατορίου επίσης πολύ ευγενικός.

+: Enough space in the room, and a beautiful view. Good food options and drinks in a beach bar - for all-inclusive guests.

-: The cleaning ladies knocked only once and immediately entered the room, we were not dressed at that moment since we had just gotten back from the beach but in their defense, we did not click on the notification option - do not disturb. The hospitality of the employees in the beach bar is on a street workers' level like they had enough of everything. I understand it's hard to be polite when serving people at 40 degrees but it's not that hard to put a smile on a face, it should be sufficient. The manager was super polite and all over the place, we even complained openly to him about the dirty glasses that we saw a couple of days in a row in the restaurant, I would never even mention this but out of 50 available glasses 48 were not cleaned well I even saw on a couple of them someone's lips on the edges, that was the proportion. Also, there is no parking and you need to wait for a free space to unload your luggage at the facility, not to mention that no one offered help and I had to bring it to the reception all luggage by myself. I understand there is no option to accommodate parking but at least you can have someone around to offer help with suitcases since that would be a great help. Also, this is not something that I don't do by myself nonstop and I don't have a problem with it I can lift a lot, but bringing up upstairs around 90kg of luggage is a mission while there were males at reception available to help but didn't care. So overall, you can get all the help in the hotel and you will be listened to but you really need to ask for everything.
