-: Smutsigt och frukostbuffe som det stod att det va var det inte! Kvinnan i receptionen pustade när vi sa att vi hade betalt för frukost. Poolen va heller inte ren. Receptionen va inte bemannad på hela dagen. Nyckeln satt i dörren till vårt rum som vi fick reda på genom att ja maila när det inte fanns nån i receptionen när vi skulle checka in.

-: Camere foarte prost izolate fonic (se aude absolut tot de pe holalte camere). Camera si baia au fost murdare (par si praf peste tot), cabina de dus foarte mica. Micul dejun este foarte saracacios (cafea, gem, oua prajite, baconcarnaciori, 2-3 tipuri de foietaje, iaurt).

+: The terrace at the right side of the entrance was nice. We spent some time there.
-: The hygiene was at the lowest possible level, we had to buy detergents and clean the bathrooms. The sheets and towels smelled good but they were old and stained. The smell of mold in the rooms was unbearable. We got allergies. There was a leak from the ceiling of one of the rooms directly onto the bed. Or friends changed rooms. But the facilities in all the rooms were old and half broken. There were random utensils, our room there were no plates initially, only four coffee cups. We made a selection of one set out of three rooms. The breakfast was outrageous. A scarce selection of the cheapest products you can get and not even fresh. Only some pastry seemed fresh, but the leftover was served again the next day. And on top of it all wasthe attitude of the reception ladyprobably owner, who barely spoke English but managed to be very rude and uncivilized. Communication with her was hell and she only talked to us about money. She was completely incompetent even to operate their own POS terminal and as a result charged us twice. It took her more than 24 hours to finally admit it and return the money. She simply want to make money money and not invest a penny to make the place more pleasant.
