The beach can be reached in just 1 minute. These country apartments with an area of 4,000 square meters. m located a few steps from the beach of Laguardos and the fishing village of Marafopolis. Guests enjoy stunning sunset views over the Ionian Sea. There is a large front yard with outdoor barbecue facilities and a wood-burning stove. Guests can directly access the private rocky beach.

These family-run, self-catering apartments are located in a quiet, sparsely populated area, surrounded by nature. Nearby is the protected lagoon Yalova. Voydokilia beach has a quiet secluded relaxation.

All apartments consist of 2 main rooms - a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a living room with 2 single beds and a sofa bed - as well as a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning, an electric stove, a fridge, a filter coffee machine, a TV and a DVD player are available.

Near all apartments there is a free shaded parking space. For an additional fee, you can order massage, manicure and babysitting services.

+: La posizione è strategica per visitare spiagge stupende della zona. La vista è spettacolare ed indimenticabile, andare a dormire e svegliarsi con quel paesaggio e con quel rumore delle onde non ha alcun prezzo. Da qui ho visto tra i migliori tramonti. Spazio grande esternamente, non ti senti soffocare, relax parola d'ordine, cenare utilizzando l'enorme bbq messo a disposizione gratuitamente non ha prezzo, sempre guardando il mare. Nel mare di fronte la casa abbiamo visto una tartaruga ed un polipo, esperienza stupenda. Personale disponibilissimo e gentilissimo.

-: Sarebbe bello inserire una lavatrice, anche piccolina, perchè questo è un posto per stare molti giorni e certamente una piccola lavatrice sarebbe consigliata, non indispensabile ovviamente ma altamente consigliata. Ad ogni modo c'è un servizio di lavatrice a pagamento offerto dai gestori e quindi il servizio è a pagamento ma c'è.

+: De lokatie is fenomenaal, recht aan het water met heerlijke bedden, hangmatten etc..We konden zo het water in lopen wat kraakhelder was waardoor we goed konden snorkelen. Het huisje voldoet aan wat je nodig hebt, bed douche kleine keuken en fijn terrasje.
