+: The room was an upgrade from the twin I've expected, and allowed me to better accomodate my mom and kids. It was clean, and frankly, it was the first time my kids saw a bunk bed, so it amused them. The wifi signal was great across all the property. Food is amazing, well made and many options to choose from, with daily themes (I'm a fan of the asian cuisine myself, so double the fun). From 7:00 to 20:00 there's always something to eat, snack or treat yourself to. The fruit fridge is a nice touch to encourage kids to eat healthy. The pools, water slides and beach are clean, with plenty of beds to relax while the kids tire themselves. Many activities for kids under 12 (my older teen simply chose the pool). The staff is quick to respond to any issue and glad to help. A bus stop nearby would take you to Rhodos or other places. The giant waterpark in about 10 minutes walking is a good place to visit during the stay.

-: The seaside rooms face the concert area, so expect some music until 21:30 at least. It's a matter of taste, I guess. And I honestly can't understand why there's no door to the shower room. I mean, there's a glass door to the shower, but if I need to brush my teeth and freshen up in the morning, I have to warn my kids to avoid that area for a while. The shower only had soap. Luckily I brought some from home (a habit of mine) and there's some in the hotel shop. Still, I'd prefer to have it provided, respectfully.

+: Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα ευγενικό.Υπάρχουν αμέτρητες επιλογές φαγητού καθ’όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Θεωρώ ότι πρόκειται για ένα ασφαλές ξενοδοχείο ειδικά για οικογενειακές διακοπές με πολύ όμορφους κοινόχρηστους χώρους.

-: Απορώ γιατί έχει μόνο 4 αστέρια ⭐😊!!

+: Close to the hotel is a nice local beach bar, called Galazio.

-: The room was small for 3 people (2 adults and a child) and not renovated. There was no map of the venue and no orientation what is where. We discovered some nice restaurants the last night of our stay.

+: משפחתי, נעים, הצוות מקסים, החדרים נקיים והאוכל מצוין וגם המיקום טוב מאוד!

-: מלון גדול מאוד לכן צריך ללכת בין המתקנים השונים.

+: Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great and the resort had some lovely evening entertainment. Buffet options were also very vast and tasty! Great for families with children!

-: Beach was a a pebble beach but everything else in the resort makes up for it! Beautiful view and lots of beach activities to keep you busy.

+: Perfect food, service all-around hotel.

+: The territory of the hotel is quite big and green, there are lots of activities for children, swimming pools, water slides, playground, excellent sea (we have been there in August), variety of delicious food in different restaurants during whole day hours, very friendly and welcoming staff of the hotel

-: Small rooms with poky bathrooms (but this was a reason not to spend much time in the room)
