+: The sunset views were amazing. It was less expensive than a lot of places in Oia. The room was ok, but it looked nicer in the photos. There was a refrigerator in the room. They had some nice cats.
-: Internet wasn't working. There was no internet at all, anywhere in the hotel. They were generally having management problems. They were short staffed, so the facilities weren't so well maintained and cleanliness was suffering. The staff seemed stressed. It was near the end of the season, so maybe that's why they weren't fixing things.
