+: Molto centrale... ma Matala è piccolissima. La struttura è fornita di parcheggio, cosa fondamentale. Il personale è cordiale e accogliente.

-: La struttura, pulitissima, risulta un po' vecchiotta nel complesso, specie per quanto riguarda le suppellettili e le aree comuni.
