+: L'emplacement prés de la mer et du centre de La Canée, le calme malgré la proximité des lieux touristiques, l'ergonomie du studio ( le mieux aménagé sur les 12 hôtels et studios que j'ai fréquentés jusqu'à ce jour), l'insonorisation de l'ensemble.
-: Les occultants ne le sont pas assez. Vous êtes reveillé avec le jour naissant. L'escalier de meunier est raide mais descendu de la même manière qu'en montant, on y arrive de manière sécuritaire. La maisonnette n'est pas facile à trouver car elle est située derrière le n°20, dans la ruelle qui descend.
