+: This was the third time I was staying at this hotel, and this time I can only say good thing about the facilities being clean. everything else, in comparison to last years decreased its value.
-: The staff: the staff has changed since last years. Maria at the reception was kind but a few times she was not at the reception when we needed someone and in the past the staff was completely different and better. one of the staff members was extremely rude when explaining things to us (especially around the pool). Breakfast is not offered in the price of the rooms. extremely disappointed as we did not even see that when booking (in the past it was included.l). Our taxi was late when driving to the airport.There was no information that one of two nights we were there the pool and whole area was closed for a private event. which was not flagged when booking meaning that we could not use the facilities. All in all, due to the fact I was there third time, the hotel got exponentially worse. Very disappointing. I will not be voming back. better hotel offers with better pricing.

+: Our junior suite for 3 was very comfortable with lots of little extras. Well stocked fridge, complimentary bottles of water every day, laundry facility available and very amenable cleaning team. 3 bottles of wine provided in the suite, which at 20€ a bottle was very competitively priced. Lots of little items available for sale in reception. Finally, Maria, the one woman reception team, was permanently cheerful, helpful and very efficient.
-: Our only downside, was the location. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk into Fira but it's all uphill. Might be a problem for people with mobility issues.
