+: Good location - lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby but it can be very steep and there’s a lot of walking but that’s universal in Santorini!

-: The hot tub was heated - which is great for colder nights but it was 34 degrees some days and it would have been nice to have cooled off in the tub but we avoided using it due to the heat. The temperature of the shower was temperamental. We observed ants in our room too. I don’t think the room is as luxurious as the pictures look online.

+: Vue sur la caldera. Grande chambre, propre et confortable

-: Trop chers pour la chambre. Spa mais aucun intimité. Pas de toit pour un peu d’ombres. Juste une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée et 2 cafés. Sinon nous devons payer. Aucune personne nous aides pour les valises. Pas de transfer du port non plus. En plus ils lavent les balcons du haut et sa nous tombe sur la tête. Vraiment ordinaire. Pas de déjeuner inclu pour 315$ euro c’est vraiment pas ce en quoi nous nous attendions. Vraiment déçu. Je recommande pas pour le prix et les services non inclus.

+: L’emplacement à proximité de tout mais dans une ruelle retiré on était au calme, la vue, le jacuzzi était très bien chauffé pour la période de mai.Le personnel était très à l’écoute et attentionné.

-: Pas de petit déjeuner proposé

+: The location was perfect and great value for money, the manager was kind and accommodating and the hot tub was perfect

+: The property was very clean and the staff were all very nice, responsive, and attentive. Location is pretty nice. Only 10min walk to Fira central and nice and quiet in the evenings. Master Suite was very large has outdoor and indoor pool (pros and cons with that)

-: No view of the caldera fromthe room, the lounge chairs, or the outside table. Really the only place you can see the view from inside the "hot tub". Not good. Indoor pool is cold because making itwarm causes humidity is the room to be high and hard to breathe. Avoid warm indoor pools!Outdoor pool is called a hot tub, but it never got above 30 degrees Celsius (about 86 degrees), so it's more like a warm pool. Definitely not warm enough to enjoy it in April weather. This was unfortunate because, again, being in the "hot tub" is the only real way to enjoy the view.

+: Very private yet central. We were easily able to walk to either Fira or Imerovigli. Amazing views! Balcony with Jacuzzi and outdoor furniture and even a small collapsible clothesline! Extremely spacious with kitchenette including coffee maker and kettle with teabags and coffee pods supplied. Large double bathroom and all bedding and linen of high quality. For breakfast you could order online for delivery or purchase needs from a little general store nearby. Fantastic host communicated well before and during our stay. Also received wonderful daily servicing of our room with a smile. Highly recommend!
