+: The location was very central. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good.
-: There is no elevator to the rooms. So incase you can not walk up the stairs it is a problem. There is no parking space around the hotel. If you are willing to travel around by car this hotel might not a good idea. It is located in the center of Faliraki night life. So there is a very loud live music till 1:30am.

+: Very nice personnel, cleaning every day, although the sign on the reception said every other day. Breakfast quite basic, but included fruits and eggs, which is enough to get the day started. 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minute to the large supermarket, but if you are lazy, there is a shop just next doors. Location very central, but not completely in the middle of everything, so quite silent during the night. The only improvement could be more effective AC as we had to wait for good 30 minutes to get the temperature to the okay level.

+: La struttura ha un’ottima posizione dalla quale è facile raggiungere il mare nonché la zona movida. Intorno alla struttura è facile trovare parcheggio gratuito per l’auto e moto.
-: Le prime due notti ci hanno fatto alloggiare in un hotel limitrofo in quanto le nostre stanze non erano disponibili. L’altro hotel era di qualità inferiore. Abbiamo scoperto che altri viaggiatori avevano subito lo stesso trattamento. La struttura, per scusarsi del disguido, ci ha offerto due cene gratuite presso il ristorante sottostante. C’è da dire che la cena non era del tutto gratuita in quanto abbiamo dovuto comunque pagare l’acqua e le eventuali bibite e non potevamo scegliere liberamente cosa mangiare dal menù principale del locale, ma avevamo una lista di pietanze pre-scelte dalla struttura. Il giorno in cui siamo rientrati dall’hotel di riserva non ci hanno assegnato subito una stanza ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare pomeriggio. Inoltre la pulizia delle stanze non era molto accurata. Nota di merito per il considerge notturno (che si chiama Cirillo): è stato veramente una persona speciale e disponibile e impeccabile nel suo servizio.
