+: To był wyjątkowy pobyt we wspaniałym hotelu . Innym niż wszystkie. Obiekt zadbany,ogròd piękny, pokoje wygodne-codziennie sprzątane, basen nieduży ale ròwnież czysty i zadbany. Obsługa hotelowa zawsze uśmiechnięta i naprawdę świetnie wykonującą swoje obowiązki. Jedzenie smaczne, bar przy basenie ròwnież cieszył.

-: Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń.

+: Schöne kleine Hotelanlage. Jeden Tag gab es gutes Essen und mittags und abends immer Zaziki. Unser Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet. Parkplätze waren kostenfrei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

+: Het hotel was erg mooi en schoon. Het personeel was super lief. Er was een optie om all inclusive bij te kopen en dat was het geld zeker waard. Het hotel ligt op een rustige plek, maar met een paar minuten fiets je Kos stad in.

-: Piscina datata e poco pulita. Primo gradino in pietra per accedere con presenza di evidente terra. Scaletta in metallo per accedere presenza di materiale deteriorato simile a ruggine. Bordo piscina non vede straccio e detersivo da mesi. Colazione prevalentemente per ospiti tedeschi ma passabile. Pochissima varietà di scelta. Al mattino presenza di frutta "fresca" (il frigo in cui era riposta era riposta non funzionava assolutamente) solo melone e anguria - qualche volta mele - e spesso banane ormai nere e kiwi stra maturi quindi immangiabili. Per il resto frutta sciroppata (inconcepibile a luglio!!!). Pranzo e cena sempre le stesse cose. Varietà nelle pietanze non prevista nel menù. I camerieri apparentemente disponibili ma nella realtà ... non ci siamo. Per sparecchiare un tavolo tolte stoviglie, piatti e bicchieri, normalmente si tolgono (per sostituirle) le tovagliette del cliente precedente. nel caso specifico tolti piatti, bicchieri e stoviglie si passa rapidamente un panno umido dove non poggiano le tovagliette americane e si riapparecchia serenamente. Igiene pari a 0. Fatto notare, il cameriere fa finta di nulla e procede imperterrito. Alla reception la disponibilità non regna sovrana. Le due ragazze non sanno dare informazioni relative ad orari, costi, punti di partenza di pulman. Idem per attrazioni presenti nelle vicinanze. Ciò che è peggio, però, non si evince la possibilità di chiedere informazioni ad altri soggetti per soddisfare la richiesta del cliente. In ingresso presenza gabbietta microscopica con due uccellini. troppo piccola!!! poveri animali!!!! li avrei liberati se non ci fosse stato un lucchetto.

+: We were in a newly renovated room with a view of the pool (room number 21). It is equipped as in a 5-star hotel (bluetooth mirror in the bathroom, computer in the room, smart TV...)Food was delicious and varied. We liked that there was plenty of shade around the sunbeds by the pool.

-: Music in the bar is sometimes too loud after 10 pm and can be heard in the rooms near the pool.

+: Good room, modern and well equipped. Is quite cramped for 4 adults particularly the balcony. Plenty sun beds by pool. Bar staff are friendly, restaurant staff look like they really don’t want to be there - miserable!

-: All inclusive food was very basic and all inclusive drinks package is very basic (no cocktails) and finishes at 11pm which is too early.
